Returns & Refunds
As all of our phone cases are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect model selection, or sizing errors.
Please ensure you select the correct phone model before placing your order, as each case is produced specifically for the model chosen at checkout.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Once reviewed, we will happily arrange a free replacement or refund where appropriate.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect phone model selected
- Change of mind
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
