Its okay to make mistakes but please double-check your phone model before placing your order.If you selected the wrong model:

• Contact us within 48 hours of placing your order at itsmegmonroe@gmail.com with your order number and the correct phone model.
• We will do our best to update your order before it is processed and shipped.
• Requests made after 48 hours cannot be accommodated, the order will be fulfilled as placed and the customer is responsible for the selection made.

Defective or Incorrect Items

• We will offer a free replacement or full refund,no return shipping required for verified defects.
